Accolades for
Sheboygan
The record SMOKES: riffage galore, heavy bass, great drumming, and brilliant lyrical content. It's a step up for our boys in blue, so don't be the last one on your block to pick it up, or I'll meet you by the bike racks after school and beat you up but good.
I had the opportunity to check these cats out at last years Emissions...festival...absolutely a great live act. This CD is the second that I have received from Maduro of Kung Pao, and it topples the previous. It's super heavy tuned down riff rock with angry over the top vocals. Sheboygan is consistently heavy from beginning to end and really reminds me of my favorite hard hitting Amphetamine Reptile Records bands from 10 years back, "Janitor Joe" in particular.
