Breaking open with a Public Enemy sample, Nighttrain is heavy and pounding, like a young, spazzy Melvins without all that molasses-sludge metal wankery. With a low end rumble to irritate your neighbors bowels, "Nighttrain" wrecks havoc on the stylus. The flip, "Mountain Lion", takes the rumble to even deeper lows, and sets a creepy, haunted pace that works its way under the skin with a quickness.

Swamp Blues with that almost metallic guitar edged riffery and shouty backwater vocals. These guys sound like they'd slit your throat and not even think twice about it. The b-side Mountain Lion slows things down to a sludge and really puts the swamp into swamp punk blues.
