Every song is full of downtuned monster Sabbathy riffs, Candlemass-like clean vocals, and mournful lyrics. If youre into St. Vitus, Candlemass, later Cathedral, and the ubiquitous Sabbath, and/or Place of Skulls, Trouble, Solitude Aeturnus, Life Beyond, Pale Divine, or the newer Finnish doomsters like Reverend Bizarre or Spiritus Mortis, youll dig Orodruin. DOOM!!!!!

Arghh! DOOM metal! Straight up heavy doom metal that pays homage to the gods Vitus, Trouble, Candlemass, Sabbath, Pentagram. Currently getting maximum spins over at Brainticket land this is supremely good. Doom metal is more alive than ever with quality shit like this. Buy it.

Along with the Reverend Bizarre CD, this is the best old school Doom release in an aeon. For all fans that worship the likes of Revelation, St Vitus, early Trouble and,of course, Black Sabbath. Mighty, mighty, mighty riffs and divine doom drenched melodies rule throughout. Highly recommended!!
