This 3 piece (with a hotty on Bass) is one of thick Sabbath 70's based influences with a lot of later punk rock flare. In short- Rock-n-Roll! This CD starts and ends with nothing but the pure heart of rocking and rolling. Other things that it reminds me of is Alabama Thunder Pussy...and other bands like Royal Trux and Raging Slab.

The Sabbath worship is definitely here. But so are lava lamps, giant afros, bell bottoms, and disco balls. So are muscle cars and cops on motorcycles and psychedelic fungi. System 13 captures the SPIRIT of days gone by, the ability to be grandiose and over-the-top without being embarrassed. They're as fun and stylistically strong as a Fu Manchu show.
