THE BAND:

Mothercake is a rockband from the south of Sweden. Starting out as a garageband in the mid nineties, Mothercake made themselves a name as a rarely seen but well respected live-act. Whith a few demos, and a couple of line-up changes in the luggage, Mothercake decided to record the debut album. The current line-up is the classic one featuring twin guitars, bass/vocal and drums. Mothercake is no dedicated follower of music-fashion, the keywords have always been Bluesrock and The New Wave of British Heavy Metal.
