Accolades for
The Art of Self Defense (with Bonus 7 inch)
The man that built the already lengendary pyramid of Sleep albums has just balanced a giant boulder right on top. "The Art of Self-Defense" has six times the songs of the final Sleep epic ("Jerusalem" was one 54-minute track) and is significantly shorter. The impact however, could not be greater.
If you are into crushingly heavy music but feel like you havent been offered anything fresh, original and heavy in a long time then The Art of Self Defense is an absolute must for you.
