Riff rock Metal'rs from Columbus Ohio serve up their own version of metal tuned down dirge...this isn't your typical stoner rock stuff here though, this is more progressive metal with growling angry vocals and tons upon tons of changes. This 3 piece sure knows how to deliver. With ultra tight on a dime changes, Teeth of the Hydra isn't out to please everyone...these guys are more of a bands band with their impressive chops that swell in and out of Relapse styled riffs on par with bands like Dillinger Escape and Bloodlet; it's easy to hear right from the get go that Teeth of the Hydra aren't for the timid. Their sound is intense and doesn't let up for one second. Check this one out if you are into everything from Sleep/High on Fire to Doom...Sabbath to Motorhead...there is a little of everything in there for everyone.
