Fistula has the fury of bands like Eyehategod and Bongzilla...that heavy riffage, angry vocals...loud guitars. It fits right in there somewhere... A good fat CD that is angry, over the top and fits well with albums like "Dopesick" ...Sour Vein and all...Southern Doom Y'all?

Fistula have made an impressive first album. The guitars are ultra fuzzy and the bass likewise, the drumming is solid and the vocals are of the horribly painful sounding variety. A solid disc, recommended.
