Accolades for
The Eclipse of Ages into Black
GOATWHORE features Ben Falgoust of Solient Green and Sammy Duet of Acid Bath. With their Rotten Records debut, The Eclipse of the Ages Into Black, these Louisiana miscreants explored old school satanic black metal as no American act had done before. This album would probably make a perfect excuse for fans of stoner rock/doom to get into black metal. All of the progressive tendencies of the genre, with none of the silly theatrics that tends to keep most potential fans at a distance.
