| Man`s Ruin is proud to present to you Duna Records! An imprint label run and operated by none other than Mr. Brant Bjork of Fu Manchu, Che and Kyuss fame. Duna Records will concentrate on Brant Bjork`s projects. Beginning as Brant`s second solo project, Brant went into the studio with a loose group of songs. As the tape rolled on, the fictional band "The Operators" came to life. With engineer/producer Mathias Schneeberger (Goatsnake, Che, The Obsessed) on keyboards, the recordings evolved into a cool, melodic groove with some 70`s pop sensibilities, and a Steely Dan slick job for a nice packaged sound called... Cocoa Butter Airlines. The Operators will be flying your way as a live band in 2002. Sweet sounds.....cut fresh. Featuring guest appearances from Mario Lalli (Fatso Jetson) and Franz Stahl (Scream, Foo Fighters).
