| Here is some stuff I got from Roadburn on Monster Magnet...long time since I have heard anything from the band...check it out... 12/30/2002: Tim Cronin: "Dave wrote a bunch of songs that the band has been working on, and they filmed a scene [as a band playing in a bar] for an upcoming movie called `Torque` that stars Ice Cube and will be out next year." Jon Kleiman: "I think Dave is doing some scoring for the movie, unfortunately, as much as I love Ice Cube, the movie looks like a big piece of shit...!!!" 1/31/2003 Jon Kleiman: "I have no idea what Monster Magnet`s current plans are, I have not spoken with Dave for a while but I assume we are still a band. I imagine an album will be recorded this year, but we still don`t have a label." Roadburn.com |
