Accolades for Adult Situations
A crazy-ass romp through the land of Led Zep, The Stones, The MC5 and err, rock opera. This is what Dennis Hopper was listening to on his walkman in Apocolypse Now.
Preaching the ozone-crackling gospel of the boogie, Oakland's Drunk Horse match Ted Nugent-style gonzo intensity with frat house BTO beer-bonging while labouring under a tangibly self-aggrandishing messiah comlex. Which is, of course, utterly fantastic!
If you are into Thin Lizzy, Zeppelin, AC-DC, ZZ-Top but also appreciate newer bands like The Champs, Melvins...those bands that throw out a mental challenge listening to them that is; then you will almost certainly find something to like, or love about the latest Drunk Horse. This will get abused in the coming months in my household...I ain't gonna lie to you. If you like good rock and roll get a hold of this one. 'Nuff said.
