Accolades for
Self Titled

Dexter Jones' Circus Orchestra sum up everything that's good about the last 30 odd years of music. They show you just exactly how it should be ("it" being rock). This is the album that Mammoth Volume should have released after their apparent swan song, A Single Book of Songs. This is a layered album, full of nuances and accomplished playing. As a whole this CD has a warm and organic feel. It's good rock, plain and simple. Anyone who loved the last Mammoth Volume disc, The Ribeye Brothers, or just appreciate the inherent purity of good music need to pick this one up.
